You may choose to receive your loan in one of the following ways:

By direct deposit ‐ Get your funds deposited directly into your checking or savings account.
In person ‐ Receive a check at the branch during the loan closing.
Start your loan application now and you could receive your funds the same day your loan is approved.

Before you close your loan, BluRayven will need you to provide the following documents:

A copy of a valid, government-issued ID (e.g. driver’s license or passport)
Proof of residence (e.g. a driver’s license with your current address, a utility bill, or a signed lease)
Proof of income (e.g. paystubs or tax returns)

Loan decisions are made based on a variety of factors including credit history, income, expenses, and availability and value of collateral (if applicable). Each customer’s loan terms are offered based on these factors and the customer’s ability to repay so that each customer can make a decision based on their unique situation and needs.

There are several ways to make a payment.

To make a one-time payment: go to the Make a Payment page. Be sure to have your BluRayven account number, Social Security Number and a blank check ready.
To make recurring payments through Direct Pay: Log in to your blurayvenfinancial.com account and complete the steps for enrolling in Direct Pay.

You have three options to make a payment by phone:

Call the BluRayven branch that services your loan.
To find the number of the branch that services your loan, refer to your monthly statement. Log in to your blurayvenfinancial.com account to access your monthly statement.

Call BluRayven automated phone system at 1-877-660-6672
and follow the prompts to make a one-time payment.
By using the interactive phone service and providing the last 4 digits of your social security number, you authorize BluRayven to electronically debit your bank account and, if necessary, electronically credit your bank account to correct erroneous debits. BluRayven reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of the interactive phone service at any time.

Download the BluRayven Mobile app, available for iOS and Android. Once installed, click “Make a Payment” and follow the instructions provided.

You can pay in cash using the PayNearMe service – FREE of charge – at participating CVS®️, 7-Eleven, Casey’s General Store®️ or Family Dollar locations. Ask your loan specialist for your personalized payment code today.

BluRayven Financial may report information about your account to the major credit bureaus. Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, you have the right to directly dispute the accuracy or integrity of information BluRayven Financial reports to the major credit bureaus.

In order to protect your rights regarding any disputed account information, you must do the following:

  • Any dispute must be made in writing to BluRayven Financial at the following address: 7771 West Oakland Park Blvd Ste 105c Sunrise, FL 33351. To avoid delays, you should not provide your dispute notice to a BluRayven Financial branch or another address.
  • Your dispute notice must sufficiently identify your account relationship with BluRayven Financial, such as your name, address, account number, etc.
  • You must specify the information BluRayven Financial is reporting to the credit bureaus and why you are disputing it.
  • You must also provide documentation or other information to support your dispute. For example, you may wish to provide a relevant portion of a credit report that may contain possibly inaccurate information, account statements, a copy of a police report, an affidavit of forgery, etc.

If you fail to meet any of the above requirements it may delay any response from BluRayven Financial and any resolution of your dispute. In most cases, BluRayven Financial will respond to your dispute notice in writing within 30 days of receiving it.

Origination Fees. BluRayven Financial charges loan origination fees. The origination fee may be either a flat amount or a percentage of your loan amount. Flat fee amounts are $400.

Late Payment Fees. BluRayven Financial charges late payment fees when payments are made after any grace period allowed by state law. These fees may range from a flat amount of $5 to $30 per late payment, or they may be a percentage of your entire monthly payment amount or a percentage of the delinquent portion of your monthly payment amount, ranging from 1.5% to 15%, subject to certain state limits on the fees.

Late fees will be disclosed on the first page of your Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement.

Non-Sufficient Funds Fees. BluRayven Financial charges a fee when a payment made by check or electronic ACH debit is returned due to insufficient funds. These are commonly referred to as “Non-Sufficient Funds” or “NSF” fees. The amount of these fees varies depending on state law and ranges from $10 to $50 per payment returned.

Note: This fee information is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change from time to time. This information does not supersede the fee disclosures which are printed on your Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement. 

BluRayven Financial makes personal loans from $1,000 – $5,000. Not all applicants will qualify for larger loan amounts or most favorable loan terms. Loan approval and actual loan terms depend on your ability to meet our credit standards (including a responsible credit history, and sufficient income after monthly expenses.
